Developing education programs for encouraging women to learn ICT  and learning programme prepared for developing their communication skills have been useful for trainees to solve their computer learning problems in their daily lives.
Lectures on ICT learning were performed in practical way more than theoretical lessons.
The internet programme which was prepared for trainees, has been useful in using computer in their daily life and enabled to use computer in an active way.
